What is everyone doing for their wedding favors? FH and I were brainstorming last night. We'd love to do something personalized and springy. Please share :)

we did a personalized cd favor.. wiith songs from the weddig as well as songs that were special to us...inside th ecover we each wrote our own version of how we met.
we also gave cinnamon loaves, pix from th ephoto booth and candy bar...
We're doing this also!!!
ETA: The CDs not the cinnamon loaves :)

We did personalized shot glasses filled with M&M's in our colors and personalized mints and lip glosses in the bathroom baskets.

First I would like to say that all the ideas were awesome!!! Love the chocolate menu...I would have never thought that one up! lol and the bags...I would totally use that!! Great job everyone!! My FH and I are making our own wine and giving them out

That's a REALLY cute idea! And people can use them! GREAT thinking! (about the re-usable bags).
To answer your question, we're doing a donation to the Cancer Association (my mom is a Breast Cancer survivor and FFIL is a cancer survivor). I'm also make the little wine bottles and having those as the seating 'cards' (my cousin owns a business and does the personalization of the labels)

I gave out mini picnic basket with satin ribbon and label with gourmet truffles. Everyone loved it for a summer wedding! I'm sure it can work for a spring wedding as well.

FH and I are part of a medieval recreation society, so we are doing miniature bottles of Mead (a honey based wine instead of grape based wine)

CD Favors & Place cards= A : DH bought me a LightScribe CD/DVD burner for Christmas so we utilized it for a part of our favors. We created a CD with all of the spotlight songs from the evening and burned it with a picture from our engagement session. They were a big hit. We inserted a matted donation card inside of the CD case and had it also act as a placecard. We brought the CDs from Amazon.com - cheap, fast, reliable. The CD cases from http://www.sleevetown.com. The brown matting paper and brown strips were left over from the paper we bought for the menus from thepapermillstore.com. The circle paper and business cards were from paperpresentation.com.

We had a comic book artist illustrate our engagement story and are having them printed as comic books.
They are being printed as we speak....I can not wait to see the final product!

I had personalized reusable grocery bags made. I designed them and had them printed. They fold down into little squares so they're easy to stick in a purse.
I loved them.
Even gave Rob Thomas one when I met him last week and he thought it was awesome!

we did donations to wounded wariors and heros on the homefront i also did votive place cards (that i was kinda pisssed they weren't lit) and mini champagne glasses wirh sunny seeds in them
