Did any of your vendors let you put your deposit on a credit card? We are very tight with cash right now so I'm wondering if any of them let you do it...photographer, limo, etc.

we used a credit card for our deposit for the hall, limo's, photo and video. DJ we paid by check.

Most of my deposits were on credit card...all other payments were either cash or certified checks.

I personally don't like vendors who don't allow you to pay either all or most on credit cards - I feel that if there are any problems you have less recourse than you do with a credit card - BESIDES if I'm paying so much for my vendors why can't I get miles or points so that I can get something free.
I am using one vendor who breaks my rule - but they were so amazing that I just had to use them

we did whenever we could - points, points, points!! but we did pay cash once too to save on tax...

Patken let me pay for my deposit with my credit card - I jumped on putting a deposit down when I called and Nadira told me that Steve was available for my date!
