Re: creepy delivery...
Yea I would just make it like an innocent 'oh there was no card I wanted to find out who sent them so I could thank them'... if they think it's a legal thing they might get concerned over privacy rights for the person who sent it. So start out with the card thing and if that fails then say 'listen I think I'm being stalked and I need to know this so I can let the cops know that this is going on' and they might feel bad and just tell you. But I'd start out with the card story because they won't think it's a big deal to tell you... they might be looking to protect themselves legally if they hear 'build a case' based on what they're going to tell you. I have seen these kinds of things happen at my job, that companies clam up because they're afraid of being sued... that's the approach I would recommend.
*ETA: If they STILL won't tell you, you can say 'well can you at least tell me if it is or isn't ____' and they might be willing to say yes or no.

Re: creepy delivery...
If you REALLY think he is a threat def get a restraining order. i would also contact the florist to see if they can give any info (prob not though).
If you have security in ur building or someone who has to get the packages first then i would let them know the situation if u want.
better safe then sorry.

Ummm, please please PLEASE report him. This guy needs to stop. Your safety is number one. I would look into getting advice from a law official and lawyer now. This douche bag has gone far enough...

Re: creepy delivery...
so i found out through FH because i couldn't call while I was at work that it was not from my EX (thank god) but it was from this guy that used to work with me at work a while ago and is no longer there and we stopped talking because ugghh it will take the whole page so i don't want to go into details the point is that i don't talk to him anymore and i already spoke to him ....i feel like i am in hs all over again!

Re: creepy delivery...
It's actually veryyyy difficult to get a RO (restraining order) on someone. In order to get a RO, you need proof that he has literally verbally or physically threatened you. The system ***** in that aspect. But do everything you can to stay safe. Even though it's not your ex, that's unbelievably creepy... so you never know if this ex-coworker has a screw loose either.

Re: creepy delivery...
thank you he has never threatened me it was more along the lines that we were really good friends and i didn't know he was doing stuff with one of the supervisors i didn't know this and when she found out she made my life hell at work then i found out he liked me and he had stop talking to her so it was a whole mess because of him so i stopped talking to him he was bringing me a lot of problems at work and with FH because he would call me all the time
