I went to Rite Aide for a quick look around (40 bucks later...) anyway, I picked up cute Revlon eyeshadow palate. But when i opened it, it turns out it was creme shadow.
Ive only used creme shadow a few times and from what I remember, it smudged.
Opinions anyone?

I have used creme shadow and i really don't care for it i have found that i have to put tons for it to stay because if i don't then one side of my eye will disappear and the other side will stay and i will look weird.

I have oily skin though but maybe if you put some face powder of your eye lids and then apply it maybe it will stick around more.

Creme shadow is great but it all depends upon your skin...and believe it or not, the temperature. I have creme shadows that will stay on all night and others will crease and fade quickly... I think it's an individual thing.

I despise cream shadow. I don't think it blends well and it inevitably creases/smudges. What I DO love is MAC's Shadestick in Beige-ing. It glides on and looks great alone or with shadow on top, and it helps to keep powder shadows in place. I go through about 1 every month LOL.

For me it isn't good because I have oily lids...yuck...I have found Urban Decays lid primer that stops and soaks up the oil but I haven't used it with creme shadows....I am not helping you! LOL

Thanks I bought some spray from Mac recently that is supposed to hold makeup on and foundation etc. But I dont think its working properly on me. Im always touching my face so naturally, the makeup wears off.

Creme shadow moves all over the place.
Oily eyelid+creme=looks gorgeous for about an hour.
Creme shadows are great if you want the really smudgy messy rocker chic look (think Mary Kate Olsen). They are amazing if thats what you want.
Is it a neutral color? It will last a lot longer if you use the creme as a brow highlight.
Before you apply it, blot off your eyelid with a tissue and put a little powder down. It will let the creme last a bit longer.
Guess what I do for a living

I use it ALL the time...I only ever use at at the top (near my brow) to add color or right on the iside of my eye and fade out with a darker color. I love it!
