Crescent Beach Club

Any crescent beach Club Brides?
Or brides with a beach theme wedding?
What are you doing for favors and place card holders?

Re: Crescent Beach Club

I'm a Crescent Beach Club bride - I think there are a few of us - like 5 or so. The only 'beachy' thing I have planned so far is to make little centerpieces for the cocktail hour - which will be little bowls with colored water and floating candles (probably either shells or flip flops). That's about as far as I've taken a theme so far. I think there are a few brides doing beach/nautical themes - so you might want to feel the larger group out on the BHB board.

For favors, I'm leaning towards bottles of wine (probably half-bottles for budget reasons).

Oh me oh me! Land's End though - not Crescent (although I think the Crescent is BEAUTIFUL as well).

I was thinking of having those cute bottles filled with sand and shells with our name on an attached tag). Not really too useable - but totally cute and beachy. Plus maybe a guest book with little shells on it and shell invites! No concrete plans yet - just a lot of ideas

I'm so excited just thinking about it!

I have seen cute place holders on theknot.com for beach theme weddings...not a Cresent or Lands End Bride...I am having mine at the Swan Club so I am doing a Swanish theme

Cute! I am a bit overwhelmed with the tons of cute favors and placecard holders. I keep chaging my mind - I want them all!

Re: Crescent Beach Club

I'm getting married at the Crescent on 5/12... Not doing a beach theme.

We are thinking of CD's for favors. My Fh is a graphic designer and can design the cover.

Then having the Valet put good bags in everyone's cars with a wedding newsletter, a bottle of water, some mints, and a lotto ticket.

However, I may change my mind again :)
