I am getting married at Crescent Beach Club in August and I'm wondering about a few things I am going to call them butI thought I would ask on here first -
Do they print menu cards or do you have to?
Is there a food tasting?

We went there when we were looking for a RH. They don't do food tastings...unless they have changed since the time we went...don;t think so though because I have a friend who recently checked them out (Sept this yr) who asked them that question. Sorry...maybe if you know someone who got married there or went to a wedding there you can ask them about the food?

I did eat at the restaurant and thought that the food was great. I read on a site where a couple said that they went there when a wedding was going on and they allowed her to taste the food.
Trying to search on menu cards and am having no luck at all.

I had my wedding there in August 2009. CBC did not provide menu cards. They also don't have tastings. I have heard the rumors about people being allowed to try the cocktail hour food prior to another event starting, but we did not pursue that. We had eaten at the restaurant and enjoyed the food.
The service during the wedding was amazing! You're both in good hands!

Thank you very much! Did you happen to do menu cards? That's my debate right now I see pros and cons to doing them. Also, we did eat at the restaurant the food was great! :)

We did menu cards, but I don't think they are a necessity. You can wait a bit and see I'd they fit in your budget when the date gets closer

did you find out if they do food tasting recently? I know denise mentioned trying food in the resturant etc. How about the cake? I dont remember her saying menus just the seating cards.

When I visited there when I was searching for a RH in December they told me that they don't do tastings because they have the restaurant that you can eat at to try it.

They don't do tastings but I did hear that if you ask you can go when they are having a wedding and sample the food as it comes out.
In regards to the cake, all I know after talking to Denise is that we pick all that out in May.
