Hi! So we're all booked for Crest Hollow, the plaza room… I'm just getting anxious. We were last there is September, I'm not remembering what it looks like anymore… so if anyone had their wedding there let me know about how it was, if you were in the Plaza… how many people fit in that room max? And if anyone used the Kosher caterer let me know how that was! Thanks

I'm using the Plaza room as well. We told our BM that we might have up to 275 guests and he said that this room would be best for us.
Why are you nervous? You think they will not be able to accommodate the amount of people you are inviting? Why not use the ballroom?
