Do the seating cards and table charts have to be in 10 days prior or are they flexible on this?

Also, does anyone know if they allow 9 at a table.

We gave them our place cards 4 days before the wedding when we gave them our favors, and yes the will allow 9 at a table we even had 7 & 8 at a couple of tables I hope this helps you, Good Luck!!!

I am upset with Jeff these days.

I can't exactly remember but i know i had them in about a week to ten day prior to my wedding.

Plus don't worry so much about having 10-12 people per table. I had one table with 12 and one with 11 but all the rest of my tables had 8,9 or 10. I think one even had 7. They didn't even question me b/c i had the table card all done also with the table number. It would be too much for them to ask you to re arrange. They just don't want every table to have 7 or 8 because that means more tables and more waitstaff.

I love Sharon, she is so nice. From the time i did the menu until my wedding i didn't even deal with my banquet manager - i just dealt with Sharon.

Yes, but it might be an oval table. Which actually makes the room look cool. I had 4 oval tables, it mixed it up a bit and looked really nice. If you don't want them squished you can request the oval on the floor plan.
