I would just like to know what room you picked and how many guests you had? Thank you!

I booked the emerald room and they say that it holds 400 people.

i had the suburban room upstairs (other half is the empire room). they said it could hold 290. i had a little over 200 guests and there was plenty of room.

Thanks girls! I am just a little scared because I have 250 guests and my FH likes the Emerald Room and I like the Plaza Room, but to make him happy we booked the Emerald Room. I just don't see how people could fit in there since it looks small to me. I called them today and they said it could hold up to 400. I was just a little scared. Thanks again.

see...when fh and I visited the 1st time they told us 300

we have about 180 and they are giving us a hard time saying that its going to be tight

what do i do now? they said 300 tops, we are well under that but supposedly now we are going to have to squeeze in 4 more tables

They told me 300 too and then today they told me 400. I didn't say anything, but I am calling on Tuesday to speak personally to me my Banquet Manager. I only been engaged me 2 months and the headaches are already starting. I am in for a longgggggg two years!!!

I got married in the Emerald Room and they originally told us it would hold 300. We only ended up having about 150 and there was plenty of room. I think it would be fine with anywhere up to 250.

good to know...i was like 'what do you mean we will 'SQUEEZE' 4 more tables in? Isnt that what the extra area to the back of the room is for?

You'll be fine. Don't worry at all. Crest Hollow will definitely take care of you. I was so happy with them.

when CCHC puts tables together that are tight, there is pretty much no space to walk between them and the tables that are made for X amount of people will have X +2...

i once saw a room upstairs that combined two room put together (not sure of the name) and it was set for like 2000+ people

very messy imo

We didn't have that problem at all. There was plenty of space between tables and each table had the right amount of people.
I was very pleased.
