What is their policy regarding vendors, like photographers, djs, etc? Are they included in the total number like family or separate? There is no indication of this in the contract.

they will ask you how many are being feed. you just have to give them a number when you meet with the BM

You have to have met your minimum in order for them to charge you the vendor price if not they will charge them regular price like a regular guest. So in order words the minimum amount of ppl does not include your vendors...

There is a discount for vendors. It's cheaper for house vendors, but you also get a break for outside vendors. Sorry--can't remember the exact amount.

I know its ridiculous...If its a house vendor its 50% off and if its an outside vendor its 30% off. Your banquet manager will work with you..most of our were not house vendors but he charged us as if they were.. so that was nice of them,,it doesnt hurt to ask..
