crest hollow brides-

where did you take your pictures? we are doing the pictures beforehand - starting out at the hunt. hilton - so i don't know if we should stop at planting fields or go directly to crest hollow and do the pictures there (i also need to find out how far planting fields is from chcc). i'm getting married in nov so the sun sets early but i'll still have a couple of hours to do them. if i go elsewhere i won't be able to take outside pics at crest hollow in good natural light. did anyone just take their pics at crest hollow?

also- if it rains- are there like 3 different bridal parties running around inside the hall trying to get pictures done?

Good question. I was planning on starting my pictures at 4:30 so I guess most of my pictures will be taken inside.

Maybe I should start an hour earlier so I can get some outdoor ones.

If you want to take pictures there, where you do it is decided the day of your wedding by the Maitre D, based upon what time your wedding starts and where the other parties are. They don't want you running into any other parties on the grounds.

There isn't a bad spot in that place actually...and if there is a specific picture you want, they'll make sure to coordinate it that at some point during your wedding, you'll be able to get it. The 10 minutes it stopped raining during our wedding, we were able to get a ton of pool and fountain shots!

They had always just said, come straight here (the cc), but now, you might not get the spot where you want? I better get on the horn & let them know that I want the water shots!!!!

You'll get the shots you want, but just be prepared to wait....and possibly leave your reception for a little while to get them!

Oh, by the way....the fuse on the fountain in the pool blew right when we were going to take our pool shot, so we wound up taking the picture without the fountain...I like it BETTER without the fountain on!!!! Everyone has the fountain shot!

i don't know if they leave the fountain running in mid-november. i guess it depends on the weather.
