I haven't done a formal review, but I was really impressed with everything. Do you have any specific q's? I'm more than happy to answer any of them =)

I haven't done a formal review yet either - its been so hectic still!

Quick review:

Food: AWESOME!! My guests are STILL talking about how great everything was.

Service: Even better - my FIL keeps talking about how the waiters remembered what he ordered and had a new glass for him everytime he came back.

My BM was great, so was my BA - she sewed up my dress when I ripped it!!

Location: great, even though it rained, everything looked beautiful inside.

Any other questions?

I was married at the CHCC Feb 2005. We had Leo as our banquet manager. He was great! The food was really good and the service was amazing! The girl who was assigned to us was great. She thought of everything. I also loved that they all have walkie talkies to alert each other of any other brides that are roaming around. At one point I wanted to go down to my bridal suite and she called ahead to make sure the other bride wasnt around. No bride wants to see another bride on her wedding day! It was so much fun. We had the Empire room and it was beautiful.

I am so glad to hear this! Leo is my BM. and to be completely honest, he hasn't helped me 100%. Back in July, fh and i wanted to take his parents to see the place, and we had a few questions for Leo. Simple ones. And we called for 2 weeks. And he never called back. So, i hope it was just a bad 2 weeks for him lol. We are also in the Empire room. Do you have any pics of the room?

Yes, banquet manager is the person you booked with.

The party planner is assigned to you a few weeks before the wedding itself. You inform that person about your menu choices, give him/her the seating chart, coordinate things like linen colors, and receives insurance certificates from outside vendors.

The bridal attendant and maitre d' are assigned about two weeks before the wedding.

ETA--typo.

honestly I wanted a more artistic cake and had a cake made by Cakes by Jay (LOVE HIM AND WOULD RECOMMEND HIM 10 times over!). I had theirs also and we served two flavors... It was an added expense but we loved our cake so it was worth it!!

I am going to work on my review next week

Re: Crest Hollow brides already married

i haven't had a chance to do my review as yet, but just wanted to let you know that you have NOTHING to worry about on the day of your wedding when it comes to CHCC. Prior to my wedding I read a lot of negative things about CHCC and it scared me quite a bit..especially b/c they being called a wedding warehouse--

In the height of wedding season, I experienced nothing of the sort. I've gotta say, if I can do my wedding over and over and over again, I'll always choose crest hollow country club.

My reason more than anything because of the staff, they truly treat you like a King and Queen on your wedding day. Not to mention they pay attention to every little request and detail that you have. Thomas Reitano was my BM, Sandy was my BM, and Ralph was my Maitre D-- I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend all 3 of them.

Good luck and please FM me if you have any more questions :)
