everyone has different experiences .... but this is her first post so i would take it with a grain of salt... my sister got married there and she didnt make one complaint, and she is half bzilla

if your review is true, I applaud you. Its good to hear some bad stuff about RH's from time to time..Watch LIW pull this post because Crest Hollow people will read it and go bananas or something...

I went to a wedding at Crest Hollow - the outside was beautiful but honestly, the service wasn't anything special. They brought out the entrees almost 2 seconds after the appetizers came out...
The facilities are nice though.

well, while I love the fact that you gave us an 'honest' review of your venue.... what you didn't give was any details on your wedding.. I don't consider this an official review, I consider it a vendor bash.
it would have been different if you would have been a member of liweddings before hand OR given a full review of EVERYTHING (photographer, dress, rd, limos, etc) not just talked ish about the vendor...

with that being said... this thread is prob going to get pulled within the next 12 hours (or less)... so w/e.

I had my reception at CHCC in August and honestly everything went off without a hitch. We had Eric as our BM and he took care of everything for us.

Yes they do more than one wedding at a time but I believe this makes them more efficient. They know how to throw a party and provide a good service.

Any wedding at any hall will have a few hiccups and honestly I was able to see past those things.

umm....random. you got married 6 months ago...you've never posted before....you basically posted a review by a salesperson, not a bride...and you said nothing about your wedding.

Neither did I! I read what the girls were saying and read like the first paragraph. Thank goodness I read some of it before I sent it to my friend getting married there.

Personally... it sounds as if a sales person there had a bad falling out with Crest Hollow. BUT then realized that brides are still going to book there so they decided to do us a favor and talk about the negotiating process.
