Crest Hollow Country CLub Brides and Wives (guests too): What did you select for your menu?

It's really hard trying to decide on the menu without knowing how it taste. Can you tell me what you selected? Was it good?

Right now I'm thinking about doing the chicken with spinach rolled in it or chicken tuscana, prime rib, and white flaky fish with tomatos for the main entrees. I'm trying to decide between the Caesar Salad and the Tri Color (raspberry vingerette dressing) for the salad.

Oh did anyone get shrimp cocktail added on? If so how much was it?

Sorry I have never been to Crest Hollow but as far as the Salad I would pick the Tri- Color because it looks nicer IMO and also people eat Caesar Salad most of the time (well at least I do)

Sorry I have never been to Crest Hollow but as far as the Salad I would pick the Tri- Color because it looks nicer IMO and also people eat Caesar Salad most of the time (well at least I do)

Thanks Lenie! I love Caesar salads, but it can be tricky depending on the dressing. You're right about people eating it all the time. They also had a Greek Salad option and something else that I can't remember.

By the way, shouldn't you be off doing some crypacks?

i think i am going with the prime rib, spinach rolled chicken and the salmon. do you know if there are any upgrades available on the menu?

I did the chicken rolled in Spinach, the Prime Rib, and the Salmon. Everything was really good!

I stuck with the Cesar Salad, and the fruit plate. If I remember correctly!

The wedding I went to had the fruit and for dinner I got a chicken dish and it was SOOOOO good. I dont think it had spinach. THey had caesar salad as well.

we are going with the bouchee a la reign (sp?) for appetizer b/c its hearty and fall like

and sonoma garden salad

and the truffle dessert with the viennese add on

im not crazy about the main meal choices..i think there ought to be shrimp instead of just salmon or livornese fish (what the heck is livornese!?)
