Varies. I think it's anywhere from 60ish to 150ish?

Re: Crest Hollow Rates
I went there recently and they quoted me $61 pp for a February wedding.
This did not include table linens or some extras though that other places threw in, so although it was a cheap price, it definitely would be higher at the end.
Hope this helps! If you do go, ask for Mitch--he is awesome!!

Re: Crest Hollow Rates
I also got a quote of $61/pp with a 100 minimum for a Feb wedding. But that price also included a basic linen/chuppah package. We eventually didn't choose them and went with a more expensive place but one we liked much better (and also had a 75 minimum).

We paid about $124/person including tax and service charge. The base price was around $80s per person. Sunday evening wedding in 5/07. DNI maitre d' or bridal attendant tip or site fee for ceremony. No Viennese hour.

I saved my notes from meeting with all RHs. Our $61/pp was for a Sunday wedding in Feb. (day or night) with a 100 minimum. For a Saturday that number would have jumped to at least 125. The complimentary services included valet parking, door man, concert pianist in lobbt, coat check, lounge attendants, bridal suite, bridal attendant, white glove servnce, round tables, floor length linens and lace overlays, dinner candles, direction maps and place cards.
Also included a cocktail receiption (hours d;ourvres, cold displays, carving station, pasta station, etc. type of stuff, hot chafing dishes), dinner (appetizer, salad, or appetizer/salad duet, 6 entrees, dessert plus wedding cake, and coffee/tea), and alcohol. I was told they provide the chuppah (I think the frame) and pedestals to put flowers on, but not the flowers themselves.
They also charge a $750 ceremony fee and for Kosher, although not a requirement, I think they charge a $750 fee (but that is just from my memory). The ceremony fee is quoted on my form.

Re: Crest Hollow Rates
Crest hollow is charging me 60 pp. No food though. We are getting outside catering (grandfathered) They changed their policy late last year regarding outside catering, no longer allowed on fri/sat/sun

Re: Crest Hollow Rates
Im not sure on the price but i went to a wedding there once.. it was not a great experience as a guest. Jeff's cousins were getting married and the cocktail hour was outside.. it was raining that night, they did not have a back up plan. we waited 1 1/2 hour to get to the cocktail room. while we were waiting we saw other bridal parties.. (i really didnt like that). then when we finally got in to cocktail room it was really really small. not enough room. people were sitting on the floor.. and out side by the reception area. then when the main room was available we went into the room. then we had to leave again cause they did not finish setting things up.. The food was ok. It could just have been a bad day but if you do plan to have the cocktail hour outside plz make sure you have a plan b if the weather gets bad ...

Thanks for your input. Yes, we saw other parties there, too, while getting our photos taken. Not sure how much exposure there was for our guests. I was a guest guest there prior to my own wedding, my experience bumping into other folks was minimal (although not nonexistent). I had no problems with the food either time.
Our cocktail hour was outside and our Plan B was having it inside in the one of the first floor rooms. The weather turned out OK, so fortunately we didn't have to use it.
