crest hollow room questiom- prob should have asked when I booked
Is there another room on the other side of the curtain in the Empire Room? I would be curious to know what the guest minimum is to open up the entire room. our minimum is 120, but I know it will be more like 130-140.

I am not sure about the whole room but you need to find out what the maximum of the room you are using. If you think 130 is gonna attend you don't want that to be your minimum but you want to make sure the room can accommodate that

Re: crest hollow room questiom- prob should have asked when I booked
I think Sharon said it can accomodate 160, but now that I think about it, that would mean 12 or more at one of those round tables, and that would be really tight. And another dumb question about rooms (I'm full of them this morning!) The Plaza room is the same room as The Starlight room? If not, then we weren't shown all the rooms.

The plaza room is the one that overlooks the pool on the 2nd floor. Not sure which the starlight room is but I never heard the Plaza room called the starlight room

It's funny - I wasn't shown the starlight room either and I have the same amount of people you would be having. Maybe they require a higher minimum so we weren't shown that room. Did the empire room have a curtain? I don't remember it having one.. I'm not booked there, they are in my top 3; we have to make a decision soon! haha. I'd be doing the ballroom though since that was my favorite. Just call you BM and ask! They're there for you to bug them

Re: crest hollow room questiom- prob should have asked when I booked
i saw the starlight room when i went there cause at the time it was set up as a cocktail hour room. but it was much smaller. i think its actually attached to the ball room. i could be TOTALLY wrong on that part tho.they only showed it to us so we had an idea what the cocktail hour would look like if it had to be indoors.
im in the plaza room the starlight room is on the other end of the hall past the ball room.
