I never used them but my friend and sister used them and they made a HUGE difference.. My sister did her top teeth first just to see if she saw a difference to the bottom and she did, big difference, however if you smoke or drink caffiene alot, then they will go right back almost as fast..

I've been using them and I've seen a difference. My teeth weren't too bad but I can tell the difference. My cousin used them too and she said they worked really well for her too (in fact that's why I tried them).
I wanted to try them out now and I'll probably do them again closer to my wedding date.

yes...I used them last summer to test, but haven't since then...and they are back to their old color...I will do it again next month

Its Caffeine,. Especially coffee.. but if your a soda drinker, then it will stain your teeth just as much....

I went to the dentist for actuall teeth bleaching, and he told me that caffiene yellows the teeth, he said nothing about decaf...maybe you should call your dentist and ask him...

TIP-Drink coffee and cola through a straw

until the wedding...my hygenist told me this is a very easy way to cut down on the staining...then do the crest strips or bleaching...

also bleaching helps curb gingivitis!!!
