do you really have to use them twice a day, or is once enough to see results?

i used them a few years ago and i did it 2x per day and it worked great!

well I just tried them for the 1st time and there is no WAY that I would believe anyone uses these while driving or at the office.

I was so afraid to swallow that I was drooling at first.

I do them once a day when I get them and it works great.

My teeth get too sensitive when I do twice.
