Crest White Stri[ps

If my wedding is 45 days away and i want to start doing some white strips now, does it matter if there is too much time in between the days or anything?

Can I, for example, do one strip tonight, wait 5 days, do another, wait 5 days do another, wait 5 days and then do 3 within 6 more days, etc...

or do you have to be very specific when you do it?

TIA!

It's been years since I used them, but I did them as prescribed. The only difference is I left them on longer than recommended.

As for being 45 days out, don't worry! The effects don't wear off for a while. As long as you're not drinking tons of red wine or smoking like a chimney, you should be fine.

If you want to make it last a little, do it once a day every now and then instead of twice.

HOpe this helps.

They work very quickly so even if you were to do them only seven days in a row right before yuor wedding it would work. But as soon as you stop using them your teeth go back to not being ultra white.

I second this. I just used the premium ones and my teeth looked great. I haven't used them for about a month now and they are starting to go back to how they looked before (not any worse just not staying better)

They do make ure teeth white!! I use them every year and my dentist thinks I have had my teeth professionally whitened! The only down side is that they made my teeth VERY sensitive, so I use pronamal toothpaste, sensitive.

They work. I haven't used them in a long time though. I was thinking of getting zoom whitening done for the wedding. I wil probably use the crest ones before my engagement shoot.

I would use them as the directions say to! My friend did them and said it worked!

I used them and followed the directions on the box and they really work.

you should consider just giving your dentist a call and find out what he/she thinks..

the strips don't work for everyone and they could make your teeth hurt (sensitive). Also he can give you professional treatments to take home with you which is totally worth the extra $50 or so you'll spend compared to store bought.

I know a little about this because my mom's been in the field for years.

I don't think it matters how you do it... they do work tho!
