Which kind did you use? There are so many and how did they work? How long did the effects last?

I use the gentle ones. The box says to use it once a day for 5 mins. I can't use the stronger ones, they hurt my teeth. One box got my teeth about 3 shades whiter and it has held for some time. I am doing another box now for the wedding. It is upkeep too. Like I drink coffee with a straw and rinse my mouth out once I drink something that could stain them.

Ive tried the professional effects one and I cant get them to stick to my teeth long enough. Ive tried 2 or 3 times and I think Im just white strip retarted

Professional 3D effects are awesome! I do the 7 day, once a day ones... it's so hard to keep up with them for any amount of days longer than that.
