Today is day#1 of 7 days I have to wear the strips! I will let you know if they really whiten (to those of you who care)

I used the premium ones for 3 days and i could't do it any longer..my teeth became so sensitive..It was so bad, that everything gave me the chills!! If it gets too sensitive try doing it once a day instead of twice

I am a dental hygienist and I have seen people have excellent results many times from them. You should try to avoid drinking red wines and dark sodas and eating dark foods like soy sauce and red sauce while using them. If you get any sensitivity from them it will be temporary and should subside. Another tip I can give you is that when you place the strips on your teeth, take a toothpick and push the whitestrips in between your teeth to get even coloring. The bleaching is temporary and you will need to touch up app every 6 mos...good luck!!!

I used the premiun ones right before my wedding and they did a great job!! I was also using Crest Vivid White toothpaste for about a month before the wedding - that worked great too!

They definitely worked...I used them before going to California for the trip on which my FH proposed. I had a feeling it was coming, and that I would be doing A LOT of smiling!

I used them a few months ago, they worked great. My teeth were a lot whiter. i'm going to do them again.

I have had EXCELLENT results! Peopls always think I touched up my pics or something, but theyre really that white thanks to crest strips..
