Cribs & Car Seats

OK Moms & Mom's to be-
I am having such a hard time figuring out which crib & car seats are better.
Car seat- is it better to get the infant only one that can be taken out and put in the stroller or how about the ones that go from infant to toddler?
Cribs- anyone have any input on the convertible ones? I so need some advice & opinions.

I registered for both the infant one as well as one for over 20 pounds............

I bought a Bellini crib, and registered for a Peg Perego Primo Viaggio infant car seat and a Britax Marathon toddler car seat.

I chose my things after reading Consumer Reports and the Baby Bargains Book, and checking out reviews on Amazon and Epinions.

Hope that helps!

I haven't picked a crib, but am either going w. the Graco Snugride or the Peg Viaggio for the infant seat. My stroller has attachments that can use both infant seats....

For convienence for you I would get the removable infant seat. You NEVER WAKE A SLEEPING BABY!!!!!!

I bought a convertable crib for Emma. Its good to know that when shes ready for a big girl bed she can use her crib. The only cost is the conversion kit which I think is like $10.

Like JennRenee said - check consumer reports for the safety factors of car seats and ease of use. Check BRU and epinions for opinions.

THEN go see the your favorites in person. It makes all the difference.

GOOD LUCK! You'll find the right one!

I registered for the Graco Snugride and the Graco stroller.
I have a converter crib but I really got the crib because I loved the crib, not the converter part.
