Depends of how full you want the skirt. Crinoline comes in all different fullnesses so you should try some on at the bridal shop and see which looks the best.

You can put more in or have some removed

my dress only has 2 layers so it looks flowey instead of poofey.

If your unsure ask them if you can try on different layers with the dress
