I have a modified a line dress. (picture in album) and i want it to be really puffy on the bottem and full. Does a crioline skirt work with this dress? do they have special ones for modified aline/ droped waist or do i get a regular one? Thanks!

Re: crioline or not to crioline
there are probably ones that are made for this type of dress (beautiful btw!). one of the shops i went to when i was trying on dresses said they would custom make the slip underneath or just sew in more crinoline on the bottom of the dress if i wanted it to be poofier. the regular ones that go under a ballgown wouldn't fit right with this kind of dress. When you go for your fittings, the woman doing your alterations should be able to tell you right away whether or not you need a crinoline.

They definitely make slips for different dresses. There are ballroom slips, a-line slips, etc. Your dress salon probably has a slip they recommend.
