that my invites arrive safe and sound.

The first USPS lady I went to, said... 'These are not machinable' - I needed 20 more cents. I told her, isn't that the point of HAND CANCELLING........she wasn't having it, didn't even look at me in the eye.

I spoke with supervisor, he took to another lady and she said they would be fine as long as they HAND CANCEL...

Well, they didn't hand cancel in front of me because 'girl you couldn't afford me to hand cancel in front of you'...........

They took my invites and said everything should be okay.

CROSS YOUR FINGERS I get the 'got your invite' text/call very soon!

omg crazy!!! My post office took them in the back and hand cancelled...and I walked in as they were closing. And most got to their destination...except 2 so far.

And this is the MAIN NYC office at 34th Street / 8th. I just feel like the first lady was bitter there was another bride sending out her invites... She was not trying to HELP ME AT ALL...

the office in grand central here in the city wouldnt hand cancel mine and 5 of my guest havent received them *** and thats all of who i know who hasnt and ive been sick and stressed about it...i hate the usps

I went to the MAIN one in NYC... It was my 2nd post office..... because my first choice said go there..

I'm sure they're fine. I went to the Merrick post office - after getting my invites weighed. They told me there was no way I could hand cancel them and that they were a parcel, so I needed like a zillion more stamps on them. Um.. NO. I got them weighed and they told me price.


SO.... I went back to the place where I had them weighed.... the Williston Park Post Office. They reweighed them - perfect. Hand cancelled them, Perfect. Sent - everyone got them... and now I have all my RSVPs!!!


I promise it'll work out!!!
