Cross your fingers for me PLEEZE !!!!

My Dad has offered to give me some $$$$$$ for the wedding. He first offered on my birthday, and I said YES I will need some, but didnt say how much.
Then on Christmas, he was calculating with me how much the reception would cost. He was shocked But at the end of the conversation, I put on my best baby voice and face, and said,
'Daddy, this is what I really want' and he smiled. But we didnt come to any conclusion.

I just found out after we all left, he pinned down my sister, and asked her how much she and my other siblings were contributing. Well they are all helping in different ways, but none are contributing to the reception. (Sis is paying for photography, ohter sis for my dress,etc. . . )
So Dad says, 'Oh, so Lizzy has to pay for the reception' and sis says 'YUP'

So do you think he'll foot the bill, or even give me a good chunk? Either way, he'll help me more than I ever thought he would.
So I'm crossing my fingers big time hoping he gives me a nice sized chunk

Please cross your fingers for me. FH and I are pretty broke right now

Good luck! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you... my dad told me what he would contribute, but when he realized that he was the only person helping me and he saw that I'm trying to keep the budget to a minimum, he doubled his offer! I hope some of my good luck rubs off on you!
