Fh got an interview for a store manager position with a large retail chain. He's already gotten past the preliminary interview (this past Monday) and was quickly scheduled for an interview with the district manager.
The new job would nearly double FH's salary and finally give him both benefits and paid vacation time he doesn't get now.
So please... cross your fingers and send good wishes for my FH...
This would be the best break FH's had since he left a really good paying job almost exactly 2 years ago to move back to NY and be with me.

Isn't it nerve wracking?
I'm really really hoping he get the job. At the same time, his current job is extremely secure. I feel like a new job always comes with the risk that things may not work out.
