I had the best experience with Cruise Control. The drivers were early,,,,,,and they were the nicest, funniest, and helpful drivers I have ever met. One driver was telling me and my BM funny wedding stories while we were waiting to leave. He had us cracking up. Their showroom is in Lindenhurst. I would recommend them to anyone. You don't have to look anywhere else. They are the only company I looked at too.
Also, look at the bottom of this screen at all the related subjects about Cruise Control. That should help you out!

I met with them and then to Primo limos in Wantagh. Primo was a lot cheaper for more, and the staff (IMO) was more professional..

My FH's sister is getting married on 10/15 and she is using Cruise Control. I'm assuming they're pretty reasonable because the FILs tend to pick the vendors based on price.. JMO I can let you know on 10/15...FH will let me know!

We are using them for our wedding. They have no complaints on the BBB and were the cheapest company we could find that actually have a good reputation. I also used them for my bachelorette party and the driver showed up a half hour early in a brand new limo. He knew exaclty where he was going (out to a bar in the Hamptons) and was pleasant and waiting for us whenever we were ready to leave (even though we didnt leave until closing of course). I can tell you more after November but we have been very pleased so far.

i used them for my wedding and i wasnt happy.
the limos were clean and the driver was ok, but after the wedding we had a car to take us to hotel. a few days before when i called to confirm they explained the details and i asked about the car at the end of the nite and what i should tip. she told me i should tip about $30 and that is standard. i talked it over with DH and we decided, since the hotel was only 15 minutes away that we would tip only 20. so when we arrived at the hotel, all we had to pay was a tip, b/c the limo was paid before and the car was in the price. the limo driver basically showed us a bill for a tip and that we had to give him 10 more. it left a bad taste in my mouth- a bill for a tip....
i called and complained the next day, and basically she said that that is what you should pay and it should have been written on our contract (it wasnt). after a bit of going back and forth and telling her i wasnt happy she agreed to send me the $10 back. looking back i should have asked for it all back, the driver didnt deserve anything.
