Has anyone done this for a Honeymoon?

we are doing this in the summer of 2011. we are taking a minimoon to Mexico for a few nights in December after the wedding and then saving the big honeymoon for land/cruise of alaska.

if you do it, make sure to book a year in advance because prices increase drastically if you don't :(.

Thanks for the advice. I'm just not sure this is the honeymoon I had in mind. I wanted to do a mediterranean cruise, but now FH is not so sure about Europe.

We didn't for our honeymoon, but we did do this cruise in September 2008 and loved it! It's great. FM me if you have any questions.
