Does anyone belong to this gym? Anyone take the Cardio Strip Tease class??

I have taken it a few times. Its a lot of fun -really just like dancing, but making it 'sexy'. I would go more often - but it was too early, I would have to leave work early to make it.
Usually they do a routine you follow. Sometimes they would just do certain moves that were really strength training and flexibility, but made to look sexy. We would use a body bar as a 'pole' and sometimes she would hand out feather boas for fun.
Are you going at Hauppauge? Nivea is great!

I just joined the Hauppauge gym- and I can't WAIT to take the cardio striptease class!
I was actually posting to see if anyone else belonged, I need a buddy in a class, otherwise, I feel like a freak.,

Yeah, me and a friend are looking at the hauppage one. Do you have to be a gym member to join the class? IF so/not, what are the costs (if you dont mind me asking)?

I think they give out a couple of guest passes when you join, but you can't just walk off the street and take a class, if thats what you mean.
