Can anyone please explain to me how to make these? I absolutely love them!! However, I am not crafty at all! LOL If someone could give me directions or explain it, I think I could pull it off, hehe. :)

I bought a bunch of small glassine envelopes, inserted two tissues, and found really nice satin ribbon at target. I sealed it with a silver foil sticker. Very Easy!!
