When my sister got married we made them, they are really simple to make.

What are in cry packs?? Is it for the bride or the guests?? How do you make them?

We took decorated 8 x 11.5 paper printed a saying on them. Then take travel size packages of tissues. two or three fold the paper in half wat up the tissues then refold the paper down to show the saying. Next take the rest of the paper and fold it back. the top of the paper should be just above the tissues. Then you can fold the sides back into each other. you will need double sided tape to help keep them from opening in the back. if you want you can add ribbon around them and small flowers. All the supplies can be found at ac moores or michaels. I'll try to find one of the left overs and post it for you. good luck. they look great and everyone loved them.
