crying

I'm writing up my mass booklet and at the end I wanted to put a dedication to my grandfather... I was extremely close with my grandfather- he lived with us and I was the oldest grandchild... he always said that he had his tux ready to go for the day I got married. he died a few years ago of cancer.. I started bawling as I wrote up a little 'In loving memory of.'.. for him. he would have loved to be there dancing to Frank Sinatra with me...
oh well had to share.. Fi is watching South Park and has no clue!!!!

Your Grandpa will be so proud when you walk down the aisle. I'm sure he'll be there watching over you with a big smile on his face.

I know how you feel, my father died over 10 years ago and I still cry thinking about how I didnt get to dance with him at my wedding.

I haven't gotten to the programs yet, I am kind of avoiding them because I have to put together a poem and memorian for my brother. My mom keeps telling me we have to do them, but I just can't yet.

He will be with you in spirit on your wedding day, watching over you.

I feel the same way about my grandmother. She lived with us up until her death 2 1/2 yrs ago. I was very close with her. I miss her alot. But I know she will be with me on that day. Hugs to you.
