I have heard of it and been there. That was the first hall we looked at. The good thing about it is they offer a package with everything included so the prices are reasonable. There were some downsides (in our eyes). We are getting married at our reception hall and the are where the Crystalbrook performs the ceremony is small so we thought it would be uncomfortable for the guests. Also the ****tail hour is in the same area where they would perform the ceremony (which would not make for a smooth transition). We were afraid that it would be too chaotic. In my opinion it is worth looking at. What we didn't like may not bother you. I have eaten there and the food is very good. The reception room is ok too. It won't hurt to look.

if money is a real issue and you are seriously considering crystal brook for that reason, I would say go and look at it before you see anything else. It may be nice in it's own right, but comparatively speaking I don't think you'd chose it after seeing some other places, it's kind of run down. Albeit, I didn't see it set up for a wedding, so maybe that would make a difference. good luck!
Is the crystal brook that cheap? do you know on the avarage the estimated per person charge?
My fiance's sister had her reception there a couple of years ago. It was really nice. The food was very good. She had a somewhat small wedding - about 100 or so I think. We're actually booked for next summer at the Brantwood country club which I guess is owned or run by the same people. The rates are really reasonable - I'm not sure of per person because they have package deals which include basically everything - photographer, limo, flowers, invitations. I think the package plans start at something like 8995 - for 100 people probably a Friday night not in the summer season. I think Crystalbrook may be a little cheaper - we choose BCC because it's closer for us and also cause we thought the place itself was a little bit prettier looking. But I really thought Crystalbrook did a nice job on his sisters wedding.

THe parking situation is not that great but they may have a valet. (not positive about that so double check). The Brentwood Country Club is owned by the same people. The BCC is a little more money then the Crystalbrook. I think because of the ground that they are on. We looked at the BCC but it was too far for us and our families. Both are nice. I went to food tastings at both places and the food was good.
