Girls, let me be frank. I have not one creative bone in my body. Drawing a stick figure is as crafty as I get. But, money is running low and I really want a sparkley 'N' cake topper. Is this hard to make? Does anyone have directions on how to do this? I mean- step by step, talk to me like a 4 year old- directions? Any guidance would be so appreciated!
