I don't have the Cuisinart one but I do have a panini...really the sky is the limit. You can do awesome sandwiches but also I love to do grilled vegetables like zucchini and squash and grilled chicken or steaks. What's really nice is that since it heats on both sides, the cooking time is cut in half. You could probably check out Cuisinart's website..they usually have recipes. Good luck!

I registered for it too, but im making panini's with it. I use the forman grill for burgers so the fat drips off...
Grilled Chicken Panini:
Marinate chicken breast with lemon juice, garlic, oil, salt & pepper) and Grill chicken breast on the griddler. Italian Bread Basil Pesto Fresh Mozzarell Roasted red peppers
Once chicken is done put it in the Italian bread and layer it with the above ingredients and put it in the griddler until the cheese melts...Yummm!!! serve with salad or anything you want!
Enjoy!!

No you can use any bread, wraps, wheat slices, pita etc... I spray a little pam on the griddler and it makes the bread crunchy!

I got it too and can't wait to use it!!!!! What kind of bread makes the best paninis? I mean, I get them on foccacia bread and sourdough bread often, but wonder if there is an ultimate-awesome bread to make your own on.....
