do a donation.
I was thinking of this - how does it work? just make the donation and insert a card stating that we did. Sorry I use to getting favors like almonds and such - never received a favor donation. TIA!

I have a sample of mine in my album, you can match the color of the frosting to the cause you will be donating to! Sometimes the organizations have letters to give to the guests and then they will give you something extra to put with the letter, like a bracelet or pin.
