FH and I are doing donation favors but we also decided to give an individually boxed cupcake for each guest.
My question is....where the heck should I put these things?
I thought of putting one box on every plate, or on every chair, but I dont want people to feel bothered with them the entire night.
So then I thought of having a seperate table with the boxes lined up for guests to just pick up and take with them.
But I would like the guests to feel free to eat their cupcake during the reception, as I know I would do! and I also worry about guests taking more than one cupcake each or some guests forgetting to pick up theirs at the other table.
HELP!!! i'm so confused!!!

I would put one on every plate... people can just put them aside until they leave. I went to a wedding once where each guest got 3 different favors, and there was still plenty of room on the table where it didn't feel cluttered!

i did cupcakes for e-party and i put them in a box and put it at each place setting. The pink and brown boxes have the cupcake in them

i went to a store to buy them, i bought them at paper presentation in the city along with the ribbon and also cardstock for the menu's

Hey thanks so much...it looks really pretty. My e-party colors were pink and black!
I think having the cupcake near the place setting is a great idea

Well I did cupcakes but as an addition to the candy bar. I had them on a table. Go check out my album. I did do cookie favors though with the same thought in mind as your cupcake idea. You will also see them on a separate table in my album.
It was out of the way on the table and it looked pretty But Yes you will run into the problem that guest will not take or take too many when they are on a separate table speaking from experience.
On the tables they can get messy to. Both have their +'s and -'s.
