so i just bought a house. when we are all settled in i plan on making yummy cupcakes for the neighbors because hey, its what i do. i have my two combos, ( lemon coconut and choc rasp) but i want a plain one , vanilla, that i can decorate.
question is, what do i put on top?

Re: cupcakes
Mr. Rogers theme.
'Won't you be my neighbor?'
LOL
I like the flowers idea. Or summer theme? A sun, a beach umbrella, flowers, 'sand' made from graham cracker crumbs, drawing of bikini, that kinda thing. Of course not all on one.
