Hey Ladies!
So, I saw the post of cupcakes OR cake... and need your opinions.
I have been thinking of doing the whole cupcake idea since we have so many kids attending our wedding. We are trying to make it as kid friendly as possible...involving them and all that. But, our RH does include a cake, and also, FH and I both decided we both want a cake. Butttttt... I like the cupcakes. Do you think it will be too much if I have the little stand, of maybe 40 give or take, cupcakes next to the cake? Like, it'll match and all that... I havn't seen a FULL cake plus cupcakes.... I don't know if it'll just be too much cake-type food....
Maybe I can get a cake for 180 people, and then the cupcakes... What do you think....??

I never think there can be too much cake or cupcakes at an event. The kids will love the cupcakes! I say go for it!

not too much at all. great idea. of you can even alternate a layer of cake and then a layer of cupcakes and so on.

I think its a great idea, you may want to make sure you taste the cupcakes first, I recently purchased cupcakes for a party, and they looked beautiful..but didn't taste SO good. And they were $3 each.i was sooo pissed. JMO good luck!!

ooh..thanks for that. I will DEF. have to do a taste test. I'll prolly make it the same as the cake. Just no filling...cuz that will be too much for the kids lol. We'll see... THANKS!!
