How are you wearing your hair AND are you going in with your hair curly or straight?

I wore my hair all up in barrel curls. We blew it out straight first and then did a french twist at the back with the barrel curls on top. My veil was secured at the top of the french twist. We blew it out straight first because we didn't like the texture my natural curls were giving the barrel curls.
Right now, I'm leaning towards and updo.....not sure if I will have it smooth or curly....I'm trying to find a different looking updo, but am having a hard time.
