Curse you Con-Ed!!!!!

We are doing work in our co-op that requires we have our gas turned off. I called and spoke to Co-Ed a few days ago and they said someone whould be out Thursday. Well, I sat around waiting and waiting until finally at 7:30pm I had to go to work. They never came. I called this morning to see why they had forgotten me and the lady has no idea what I am talking about!!! We end up rescheduling it for today by 4pm. They have 33 min. before they have a very angry woman on the phone!!!!

Only curse parts of ConEd as my DH works for them but not in that capacity. So sorry for your troubles.

Your right!!! Just curse the department that I am dealing with!!!!

Well, now I have to wait until Monday because they apparently just ignored my service order. That means that I can't start tiling the floor of my kitchen until next week. AND I get to sit and wait fopr them between the hours of 12-4pm. BUT I will not be paying the fee for turning it off!! I guess that's a little something.
