I need to get a long curtain rod and don't have the patience to order one. (My drapes arrive today and I want them up today!!!! )
Do you girls know of any place on LI that would sell a 15' rod?
The only place I can think of would be Home Depot Expo.

Re: Curtain Rods?
There's a place called The Curtain Store you might want to try. It's pretty big and they have a huge selection of curtains so you might find your long rod there. There's one in Massapequa on Sunrise just west of the mall and one in Centereach on 25 just west of Nichols.
I would also check with JCPenney. They have a decent selection of formal curtains/drapes.

Re: Curtain Rods?
I was searching for a really long curtain rod to and found some at Ace Hardware - nothing fancy but it was the right length.

Re: Curtain Rods?
We just got ours at Bed Bath and Beyond. It was a basic wrought iron one, but I think it may have only been to 12 feet.

Re: Curtain Rods?
I bought a 1 1/4 inch wood pole at Home Depot and finished it myself. They have them in the molding section and are sold by the foot. It was less than $1.00 per foot. They had a good selection of wood and metal brackets. I found nice finials at Fotunoffs for about $20.00. I think everything including the hold back arms came to about $40.00.
