Can anyone tell me about it... I know a little, that it is a circuit you go through in about a half hour and there are like platforms in between where you do what you want... But what other kinds of thins are there? How much does it run a month? Does it really help tone your body? I know you lose more body fat than weight, but can you see/feel a difference in your clothes? Thanks!

Re: Curves
I like it since I was never really motivated to go to a gym everyday. I was always intimidated and felt stupid. Here I feel like the expert I think if you put a lot into it, you get a lot back. I like that if I am not in the mood- I can go for 30 minutes and leave. I now do 45 minutes plus five minutes of abs and five of stretching so its closer to an hour. But I really like it and unlike the gym actually go often. I have been a member since Novemeber and I can't say my body is totally transformed but I really didn't change my diet until a couple of weeks ago. Once I did that and now I added free weights on the recovery stations, I have been really losing inches and pounds quickly. Its expensive in urban areas. I pay 39 a month and my mom said hers in Bayside is 39 as well. But I love the monthly weigh-ins and measuring- it helps keep you focused.

Re: Curves
It wasn;t enough cardio for me. I had been a die hard gym member and then stopped and then joined Curves and it just wasn't for me. If you are just getting into exercise I think its ideal though.
