Just wondering if anyone goes to Curves and has been successful (before I spend more $$!) Do you like it and does it work if you go?? Please let me know! Thanks all...

I just joined Ladies Workout express And I love it. Its 34.95 a month However if you goto the Slim down Board there are a few threads about Curves on there.

My cousin, my aunt, my mom and my sister are all addicted to this place. They are all people who have never stepped foot in a gym before and were totally intimidated by the idea. They've since lost serious lbs. (also on Weight Watchers) and are really into it.

i go and i love it..i haven't really cut back on my sweets intake though so i'm not sure if it's working..i love the concept though..it's only for 30 minutes..and i'm sure if you cut back on the sundae's and burgers you'll do well..i've lost inches not pounds..

My friend used to go there and she lost a good 20lbs. She went every other day.

Thanks alot - want to get your feedback b/c I met someone who said don't go b/c you won't see results - but then I realized it was b/c she has a personal trainor & he prob. told her that so he wouldn't lose the business...
