Custom Glam Girl vent.
You guys probably remember me talking about how I got my personalized hoodie in the mail and it was huge.
I washed, dryed, washed, dryed, dryed, dryed... whatever. It's still big.
I wrote an e-mail as soon as it came explaining that 'hey, I measured based off your charts and talked to someone there to make sure they didn't run big or small and it is huge'. Well they never wrote back.
So I called... and the girl on the phone was a complete skank-box. She was like 'Yeah they are big. You must've ordered junior sizes. You should've looked at the other chart.'
And so I told her 'Look I even called and gave the person my measurements and asked if it was the right size.'
She told me she's the one who answers the phone usually and 'I would never have told you that was the right size.'
I wasn't expecting anything ... but she offered me 50% to order a new one. I said 'No because then I'd end up paying like $70 for a hoodie that is not even that good of quality.
'Well yeah...'
So I'm telling her 'You need to have listed by the item that the item should be based off a specific sizing chart. You click the sizing chart link and it gives like 4 different ones.' And again I tell her 'I even CALLED AND ASKED' 'Well I wouldn't have told you that.'
I just said 'Well you did apparently ... I'm not making **** up. Have a great day.' And hung up.
