Custom labels for wine bottles

Has anyone who had (or is having) bottles of wine as favors, do custom labels? How did you remove the original label from the bottle? (and how hard was it?) Was it easy to apply the new custom label without wrinkles or air bubles? Where did you order the labels from?

TIA!
