I haven't actual tried on dresses as of yet but I have been searching online I can't seem to find anything I actually like. All I know is that I want a ballgown & I do not want something strapless. I am looking for something different. Is anyone having a dress custom made? If so from where?

Angel Bridal and Helen's in Commack both have amazing seamstresses. My advice is to go to a store and try stuff on so you can get a feel for what actually looks good on you. I hated everything online and was going to go the seamstress route also, but once I tried dresses on, it was totally different! Good luck.
