Customized m&ms

For those of you who got customized m&ms, what did you put on your m&ms and approximately how many bags do you think I would have to get for about 200 people? What size bag? I have no concept of measurement.

i was thinking of them too, but also dont know how many to use

ya know i was wondering this too... i wonder for money reasons.... lets say you have 100 favors to do and you want about 2 oz per favor...... but you dont want to have to buy all customized bc of money reasons... what would you ladies think of half of them customized with names and dates and the other half just in the same colors to save money???

bc i figured if 100 favors at 2 oz each you would need 200 oz of mm's and the bags are 8 oz..so that is what 12, 13 bags?? not sure at my math but it adds up $ wise

i was thinking of getting orange and gold to go with my color scheme ... the site looks cool!!!

thats a GREAT idea of mixing customized with regular colored ones...i wouldve never thought of that!! i think that would definately be good to fill up the bags/glasses more and keep costs down

Yeah, I was going to do that too. I want pink and white m&m personalized and I'm going to mix them with plain black m&ms so that 1/3 of the mixture is pink, white or black. That'll save me money.

GREAT IDEA. I think this is terrific!! Did you notice the 'wedding blend' package? These are less expensive and have a wedding theme in white, black and pink.

We already have our favors... do you think it would be tacky or something to put a nice bowl or something on each table filled with these??
