They run small... I'm a size 6 and I ordered a 'Soon to Be...' tank from them in a size Medium and it's reeeeeeeallllly tight. I wear it at home as a pajama top - FH loves it, but I wouldn't wear it out in public!

Same with me, I ordered a XXL long sleeve shirt thinking it will be big and comfy and it is tight, I wouldn't wear it out in public either. FH loves it, so luckily I will only wear it around him. LOL

if you can fit in junior clothing then the size guide is good for you.
If you happen to be a over a size 10 i really think the xl-xxl in juniors is a must and deff. anything over a size 13 go for a men's fit just pick small or medium for a 13-14. This is my opinion from years of experience on being a typical size 14 (16 when i am really not behaving). Once you hit the 13 and up range its better to go for the men's cut because otherwise your bumps are bulging out of area's that you do not want to see (love handles, pouchy stomachas) puffs of flab, etc). No one wants to look like a half opened pack of biscuits.
